Was gefällt dir an "Inarticulate Speech of the Heart" so gut? Das war ja mitten in seiner Hardcore-Scientology-Phase und das Album klingt für mich sehr steril im Vergleich zu seinen anderen Platten. Für mich eine seiner schwächsten Platten - die davor und danach mag ich wieder deutlich mehr, insbesondere dann "No Guru..."

Was gefällt dir an "Inarticulate Speech of the Heart" so gut? Das war ja mitten in seiner Hardcore-Scientology-Phase und das Album klingt für mich sehr steril im Vergleich zu seinen anderen Platten. Für mich eine seiner schwächsten Platten - die davor und danach mag ich wieder deutlich mehr, insbesondere dann "No Guru..."

ich finde die band sehr gut (waren ja auch schon teilweise bei "common one" dabei)... "rave on john donne", "irish heartbeat" und die beiden titeltracks gehören zu meinen top 10- van tracks... ausserdem bin ich auch fan von mark isham aus dieser zeit, "vapor drawings" wäre auch in meinen top 20 von 1983... ist zwar kein jazz, aber mir gefällt diese mischung aus soul, jazz und new age... die scientology-sache lasse ich jetzt mal eher beiseite...
