Wie üblich setzt @magicdoor hier mit Liste Nr. 21 den Schlußpunkt.

Der Versuch, seinen Herzensmusiker Will Oldham in die Liste zu schmuggeln, wurde abgewehrt.
Aber über Umwege hat es der Schlingel dann doch geschafft: Das wunderbare "Translation" von der 2002er-Split EP mit My Morning Jacket bei @magicdoor auf Platz 19 gelandet. Die Guest Vocals hat natürlich kein Geringerer als Bonnie 'Prince' Billy beigesteuert.

"Translation" ist eine der vier Premieren bei @magicdoor.
Daneben sind "The Gypsy He-Witcb" (von der 2002er "Amalgamated Sons oif Rest EP"), die Demoversion von "The Big Game Is Every Night" (von der Limited Edition des 2003er-Albums "The Magnolia Electric Co.") und "Hope Dies Last" (vom 2009er-Album "Josephine") erstmalig dabei.

Für das hier bereits mehrfach erwähnte 2013er-Tribute Album "Weary Engine Blues - A Tribute to Jason Molina" hat passenderweise Will Oldham ein Cover dieses Songs aufgenommen.
